Collections I & II

Job Type: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Collections I & II is responsible for making outbound collection calls and receiving inbound calls from customers on accounts past due. The Collector I & II must be able to identify payment problems and solutions. The collector must be able to ask appropriate fact finding questions and provide accurate company information. The collection agent is required to follow basic call script and adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding payment arrangements, account documentation, proper disclosures, and update of customer information. Must follow through on commitments made to customer – e.g. setup on ACH, submit request for documents/payoff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls and document accounts

Loan Originations Sales

POSITION SUMMARY

The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. TFC Title Loans, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Assists quality control and underwriting with work flow
  • At the processor’s request, will send requests for all verifications necessary to complete a loan package
  • At the processor’s request, will order all items necessary to completely underwrite a loan file
  • At the processor’s request, will submit client files through underwriting
  • Maintain proper notes in each file
  • Follow up on various items to complete a loan package – this may require multiple calls to 3rd party vendors daily to obtain the information needed
  • Monitor each loan to make sure all required documents are in and constantly update the status of each item ordered
  • At the processor’s request, will submit files to private mortgage insurance vendors
  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations/policies/procedures related to the position
  • Interacts with others (co-workers/management/clients/vendors) in a professional and tactful manner, treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their position

  • Basic knowledge of related state and federal lending and compliance regulations, and other bank lending policies
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY

Operates PBX or multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required
  • Updates appointment calendars
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications
  • Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes
  • Takes payment for services and products
  • Prepares travel vouchers
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies
  • Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

Accounting Clerk

Job Type: Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY

This is an entry level full-time position with the advancement to grow. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with a positive “can do” attitude.

  • Reconciles bank accounts, processing stop payments, and pulling daily bank balance to create a report for owners
  • Must have a basic knowledge of accounting transactions and be able to perform them error free
  • Daily banking errands
  • Prepare and scan deposits daily
  • Publishes monthly financials
  • Provides superior customer service, handles each interaction with internal and external customers quickly, efficiently, and accurately

REQUIREMENTS
